If you have a great property, like the idea of operating it as a holiday property, but either don’t have the time or the inclination to manage it yourself then we can help;
We can assist you with setting the property up either employing or working with an interior designer. We have designed, renovated, built and established our own four properties as well as developing a further two properties owned by third parties and therefore have the necessary experience to help navigate you and your property through the process and end up with a fantastic place ready to let.
Already running a holiday property but want to take a step back? We can help with this and look to take over the day to day running and management of the property.
Complete management means that we can do the following;
Marketing and Booking management
Advertising your property on our own websites as well as the best listing websites (including Trip Advisor) in order to gain maximum exposure and achieve the highest number of bookings possible. We will then handle all enquiries, bookings and queries from start to finish.
Cleaning, Laundry, Housekeeping & Checking
Our trained staff will ensure that the property is cleaned to the highest standard after each booking before a thorough check from top to bottom to ensure everything is looking and working as it should be. We can arrange laundry/linen deliveries with a local company and can manage these accounts for you as well. Basically we can completely manage the day to day running of your property.
Maintenance
Good maintenance is an essential part of running a successful holiday property and as a company we do pride ourselves on ensuring that all aspects are in tip top condition. We can arrange essential maintenance work to be carried out at your property to ensure that our guests are never left disappointed.
Point of Contact for Guests During Their Stay
You will not have to field calls from guests at antisocial hours… We will be their point of contact throughout and will handle any issues that arise without you having to be disturbed.
The only elements you as a property owner will need to manage will be services such as; electric, phone & broadband, Sky TV, water, rates/council tax, waste disposal contracts (if required) and insurances (including public liability). The commission charges we take (please see commission section for further details) for complete management cover the marketing & booking process including all advertising fees and the overall management of the property. All other parts that we organise such as cleaning, laundry and maintenance etc. would be charged in addition and deducted from your monthly rental income.
