About Us
We are a small family run campsite in our 10th year of running having farmed the land around the festival for many years. We host approximately 200 people each year on our campsite making everyone feel welcome and doing our best to make sure you have a great stay whilst enjoying arguably the best festival in the world.

- 5 nights' accommodation starting from 12 noon on Wednesday

12ft Yurts. A great space for two people to relax in comfort. These include bedside lamps, power points, carpet & rugs. The yurts also come with lovely double beds or there are some twin bed options. Price:
Tipi Tents (sleeps 2) - £TBC (accommodation & 2 hospitality tickets)
2 Hospitality tickets available with each Tipi at cost price.
For some perhaps, the traditional festival accommodation. Our 18ft diameter Tipis are decorated in a 'native american' style with red rich colours to make you feel cosy after a hard day's festival going. These tents also come with hanging rails, bedside tables, dressing table & mirror, bedside lamps, power points, carpets & rugs. The Tipis also come with lovely double beds or there are some twin bed options.
16ft Yurt (sleeps 2) - £TBC (accommodation & 2 hospitality tickets included)
2 Hospitality Tickets available with each yurt at cost price. 16ft Mongolian Yurts are a great space for two people to relax in comfort with all the furnishings of our cadirs and tipis. These include hanging rails, bedside tables, dressing table & mirror, bedside lamps, power points, carpet & rugs. The yurts also come with lovely double beds or there are some twin bed options. These are our largest accommodation units and come with solid wooden doors and plenty of floor space to spread out.
Cadir Tents (sleeps 2) - £TBC (accommodation & 2 hospitality tickets)
2 Hospitality tickets available with each tent at cost price.
These 'Mini marquees' are styled with a shabby chic fashion in mind. You'll find blue pastel colours mixed with decorative bunting to provide a stylish retreat. All come equipped with hanging rails, bedside tables, dressing table & mirror, bedside lamps, power points, carpets & rugs plus comfy double or twin beds options.
FAQ's
Where is the Woodlands Retreats Campsite?
Our campsite is just a couple of fields away from the festival (on the east side), a 15-20 minute walk from the Festival entrance Gate C. Family camping and East parking sit between us and the festival gate. The views from this side of the festival as you walk in are quite something.
Do the tents have power?
Yes every single tent has an electrical feed to it with 4 sockets allowing you to charge your devices, power the bedside lamps, etc.
Can we get our tickets from Woodlands Retreats?
Yes you can. We only supply accommodation and tickets together, and the tickets that we supply are hospitality tickets which give you access to areas of the festival that standard tickets don't.
Do I have to be registered for tickets with the festival in order to get tickets from you?
No. Our ticket registration is done directly with the festival so it doesn't matter if you have or haven't already registered for tickets.
Can I still stay with you if I have my own festival tickets already?
Yes by all means. All of our accommodation is available to you if you already have tickets and you would be very welcome to rent one of our tipis, yurts, or cadir tents.
When can we arrive and when do we have to leave?
Our campsite opens for business at 12 noon on Wednesday 25th June 2025.
Can we get food and drink at Woodlands Retreats?
The easy answer is yes. Breakfast is included for all guests which will vary slightly each day, but will consist of eggs, sausages, bacon rolls, smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels, cereal, pastries, juices and much more. There will be cakes available along with unlimited complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water throughout your stay. There will even be cheese and biscuits available for you late at night if you feel a little peckish.
Our pay bar will be open throughout the day and into the evening serving a number of alcoholic delights; beers, wine, spirits and a few of our favourite local ciders. All at a reasonable price.
Is it easy to get to the Festival?
We are located a 15-20 minute walk from Pedestrian Gate C and the walk to the Festival takes you through several fields and there is one short sharp hill to negotiate immediately outside Gate C.
