Sedum Spa

The Sedum Spa is not available for the guests of Smokeham Farm, Rock Farm, Higher Burrow Farm, Portman House, Lower Hedge Farm or Little Cheriton House which are in a different area of Somerset. 

Located within the grounds of Woodlands Farmhouse, The Cider Barn and Swallow's Orchard, The Sedum Spa facility is shared between our properties, bringing the Spa hotel experience to the self-catering sector.

The cost for using the spa building and facilities for guests of Woodlands Farmhouse, The Cider Barn and Swallow's Orchard, is included in the price for the accommodation. To further compliment your Spa experience, we offer guests the opportunity to pre-book spa treatments with one of our qualified therapists, subject to availability. 

The Spa is open from 6:30am and closes at 8:30pm.

As the Spa is shared between Woodlands Farmhouse, The Cider Barn and Swallow's Orchard, we offer guests of each property a 2 hour spa slot per day for their exclusive use. Please contact our office to reserve a 2 hour Spa session in advance.
