Lower Hedge Farm & Apple Cottage are located approximately 100m apart and can be booked together to provide some extra accommodation if you have a larger group, you have a very noisy baby and the grand parents would like some peace and quiet or you just fancy a bit more space...

Both houses are completely self contained and although they can be booked together and are a short walk apart, do not impact on the privacy of each property.

By booking both properties together you get;

7 bedrooms, sleeps 16
1 king size bed, 3 doubles, 2 twins & the long attic room with 4 singles
6 bathrooms (Cottage both en-suite, Farm with 3 en-suites and 2 close shared access)
Two hot tubs
Plus all the facilities from Lower Hedge Farm and Apple Cottage

Obviously if you are booking both houses together you will want to spend at least some of your time together in the same place. With this in mind, Lower Hedge Farm will comfortably cater for 16 both for dining on our extended table, or in the large Sun room where there are lots of comfy chairs. As you would expect, there are glasses, plates and cutlery for all 16 guests.

Please note that any groups wishing to hold a party with extra guests not staying at Lower Hedge Farm will have to book Apple Cottage as well to avoid there being any noisy neighbours.
