What are the start days?
Two, three and seven night breaks begin on Friday, with four night mid-week breaks starting Monday.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, they are welcome, but respectfully ask that they are kept in the rooms which aren't carpeted and off the furniture.
Whats happens if I cancel?
If you have to cancel due to the ill health of someone in your party or the death of a close relative, you will lose your deposit and will be obliged to pay the balance unless the property is re-let. However, if you participate in our Rent Waiver Scheme, we will refund your deposit and refund or waive payment of the balance due if you cannot fulfil the contract due to any of the said circumstances.
The charge for this is 4% of the rent. If you choose not to participate, please ensure that you have appropriate holiday insurance.

What are the arrival and departure times at the properties?
All the houses are available from 4pm onwards and departure must be by 10am.
Where do I pick the keys up from?
We will endeavour to meet you at the properties ourselves, to give you the keys and show you around the house, otherwise we will arrange to leave the keys for you at the house.
Are there any extra hidden costs?
No, everything such as VAT, heating, electric, is included in the fee. Wood will be initially supplied and after that may require an additional purchase. Any holiday extras such as catering or massage therapy will be charged for in addition to the cost of the accommodation.
