Health, sport and fitness have always played a prominent part in my life, and I am fully qualified in personal training, accredited by the national governing body for fitness professionals. It is my aim to pass on this accumulation of knowledge and expertise to you by creating easy, uncomplicated training programmes that will enable you to achieve your goals, from weight loss to marathon training and I can provide both one to one training and group training sessions to suit your needs.
Once you have booked your personal training session, I will contact you to organise a time and day that is suitable for you during your stay and ask you to complete two quick questionnaires - one related to your general health and well being, and one to identify your lifestyle, goals and objectives.
This will enable me to create a tailor made training programme that we can put into practise during your stay, as well as providing you with the skills to successfully continue after your holiday has ended.
