Fiona Kirton Lic. Ac. is a Member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists, Member of the Association of Therapy Lectures, Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. International Therapy Examination.

Fiona holds a Licentiate in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, a diploma in Aromatherapy, Massage and Sports Massage, a Karuna & Ushi Reiki Certificate and a diploma in Stress Management and is the coordinator of the treatments. She has 28 years experience in the field. All the therapists used are extensively trained, experienced in their own specialist fields and are fully qualified and insured.

The treatments will all take place in the comfort of your property in which ever room you choose and treatment tables will be supplied for your session.

Signature Massage A top to toe massage. Using ancient Indian Ayurvedic and Chinese Taoist techniques. This massage unknots your tensions with deep tissue techniques. Aromatherapy Oils are then used to elevate you to a state of blissful relaxation.	£49.50
Ayurvedic Massage (75 mins) This traditional Indian style massage uses essential oils. The massage techniques used include tapping, kneading and squeezing as well as the more traditional massage strokes you would expect. An Ayurvedic therapist is trained to focus on the "marma points" - similar to the pressure points in reflexology, acupuncture and acupressure.	£60.00
Thai Hot Poultice Massage This heated muslin parcel of aromatic herbs and spices is a heavenly health treatment in the raw; used to alleviate pain or inflammation by opening the pores and bringing a medicinal heat to the muscles to induce relaxation.	£55.00
Indian Head Massage (1 hr, groups) Traditional Indian style massage using Ayurvedic herbal oils chosen for your constitution.	£44.00
I.T. De-Stress Massage (40 mins) Stiff shoulders and wrists, sore neck, headaches, back ache? This massage has been developed for people who want a short massage and is designed to combat the stress in the body of long hours in front of the computer.	£42.00
Organic Facial High quality organic botanical oil products are used, with no parabens. Includes pressure point and lymph massage to neck head and shoulder massage. This treatment includes a cleanse, exfoliate and mask. Leaving the skin naturally vibrant & glowing.	£44.00
Aromatherapy Facial (75 mins) This treatment also includes a back massage. Using pure botanical products of the highest quality, a treatment facial, cleansing, exfoliate facial, with pressure point and lymph massage to neck head and shoulder massage. Reiki (1 hr) The practice of Reiki is a natural healing technique in which a practitioner (or healer) channels universal energies and provides them to another person. energies needed to heal oneself, re-establish spiritual equilibrium and mental well-being, and revitalize body and soul.	£44.00
Bowen (60 mins) Our Bowen treatments are offered either as a taster or a maintenance treatment for people who have already experienced Bowen Therapy.	£44.00
Reflexology Massage (60 mins) Reflexology massage is a complementary therapy, which works on the feet to help heal the whole person not just the prevailing symptoms.	£44.00
Pregnancy Reflexology The body goes through incredible physical, emotional and hormonal changes in pregnancy. Maternity reflexology given by a qualified therapist will gently guide your body through this process, encouraging the pathways (meridians) to be free flowing. Hot Stone Massage (90 mins) Massaging with hot basalt stones coated in Aromatherapy oil gives deeper more intense massage as heat penetrates the body and relaxes the muscles.	£77.00
